Key elements of this investment opportunity include:
- The offer will be made as an Equity Investment, whereby shareholders have the right to appoint Directors and the Manager’s appointment is not entrenched.
- $23,000,000 of capital will be offered to investors in a new company formed to acquire the property, including 460 parcels of fully paid B shares. Each parcel comprises 50,000 shares of $1.00 each.
- The construction of the building was completed in early 2017.
- Anchor tenants include Government and Local Government Departments.
- Capital raising is to be completed by 29 March 2018.
- Projected cash return of 7.8% per annum (before tax). Distributions will be paid monthly.
- The issuer intends to register as a Portfolio Investment Entity (PIE).
