The drought has now been confirmed and as a result the Government has allowed a relief package to assist affected farmers. Please contact our office if you wish to discuss these options.
The office has now made the jump to the cloud with our full conversion to Xero. This has taken a lot of time / work by some team members which has meant we are a bit behind workwise. We hope to catch up on those jobs quickly now we are through the complex process of Xero conversion.
March 31st is just around the corner so come and see us if you are worried about income tax for the 2018 year. We maybe able to undertake some tax planning activities now to mitigate future provisional tax instalments.
Maat is in the process of syndicating its first Tauranga property on Cameron Road. This is a building that was completed in 2017 and has IRD and the Tauranga City Council as anchor tenants. We project a cash return of 7.80%pa. Please contact me if you wish to discuss investing in this offer.
